I had an appointment booked for today and they called/texted me multiple times over the past week to verify my appointment date, time, and insurance. I showed up today with my insurance info as they asked and after waiting for 15 minutes they were able to verify the insurance they had on file. I was then told that I could not be seen because 6 months hadn’t passed since my last visit. This is completely unacceptable as all appointments were scheduled by the clinic. I’d like to add that the receptionist who helped me didn’t seem to care much that this was a massive inconvenience. I’ve been coming to this clinic for 15+ years now but this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. I wouldn’t recommend this place after my experience today. EDIT: What the owner has conveniently left out of their response is that they told me to come in 10 minutes early today before my appointment to get the insurance info taken care of. This does not change the fact that they scheduled my appointment while having my insurance on file knowing 6 months hadn’t passed. I will be taking my business elsewhere for now on.

My mom took my siblings and I for our dental exams and cleanings to Creekside Dental when we were young. I’m sure they always have done a great job but being a kid I can hardly say I remember how good they are. Now ten years later I came back today. I had my exam, X-Rays and teeth cleaned. Everyone was so friendly and I really felt they cared about getting my teeth healthy and clean. The dentist and assistant were great but I really liked how much education the hygienist gave me. I really needed to hear it and see it because she even showed me diagrams. I even went and bought the Listerine mouthwash she recommended. I told them my wisdom teeth were bothering me and right away the dentist set up referrals to get them removed. Definitely a great experience. Happy to have came back after so long!

My kids and I just had a great experience at Creekside Dental. We arrived on time and they were ready on time. We didn’t even wait long enough for me to pull up an email. We all had our teeth checked, cleaned, polished, fluoride treated, and were out the door with 6 month return appointments- all in exactly one hour! Dr David and every staff member were personal, friendly, and helpful. Way to go, Creekside! I can’t even think of a suggestion for improvement!

It depends on what type of cleaning you need. We really need to do a new patient exam and x-ray to determine that. That runs about 259.00. At that point, we can let you know how much a cleaning would be and address any other needs you might have.
Yes, they do. No clue on the actual out of pocket cost since we've always used insurance. You can call them and ask what they'd charger if you need to pay out of pocket. They're very reasonable and helpful.
Every patient's situation is different. You should have an exam, a treatment plan should be explained to you along with cost information.
