10/14/22 I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation (not leaking oil). After the service was done my car has been leaking oil. Beware. 10/18/22 thanks for your response. I have sent and email asking for help resolving this issue to all emails provided by you.

Not happy at all with service! Took our 2022 Ford Escape Hybrid in twice, once for a recall, the second time for a oil change and to check out a rattle and also to check the rear view mirror. Was quoted a price of 59 dollars for oil change that ended up being 115 dollars. Oh, we didn't know it was a Hybrid....really the car is in your system! Don't really know if they even checked for rattle or the mirror! When trying to use points for the oil change...all of the sudden, the system is down. My family and I have always been big Ford fans...this left a very, very sour taste in my mouth!!!!! Not a happy customer!!!

Sorry, we checked King Ford, but were not impressed. We bought at Castrucci Ford in Milford. Our second car from them. We've had no problems there.
