Took my two children to get haircuts and was told to come back in 1.5 hours. Came back in 1.5 hours and were totally ignored. One guy left to go get lunchables at target next door, the other guy went to the back and was there for what I feel is way too long when you have customers waiting. Another group walked out when we were waiting, and we decided to walk out as well. Staff definitely needs to work on customer service. Won’t be back.

Worst hair experience I've ever had with my kids After I asked if they could do the hairstyle we wanted even showed pictures they said yes When they should have been honest and said they Have no experience doing Edge ups or fading!

Look I am super cautious of going to chains like this due to it usually being girls right out of beauty school and when I ask for a fade for my son he usually has to come home and be shaved. Last Sunday I took him there and had to wait in the car due to just having surgery and the gentleman working did an amazing job! I wish we had got his name. But anyways highly impressed!
