This is a Honda Dealership, they do not likely have an Audi in stock unless it is pre owned. If you think they have one I would recommend going in and checking in person.
Yes, they will wash your car with any service. Waiting room has Keurig machine, water cooler and vending machines for snacks.
We apologize for the issue that you are experiencing. You purchased the preowned 2018 Ridgeline from Joe Morgan Honda on 8/24/18, there was no mention at the time of test drive, purchase or delivery of any type of cigarette smell. After 3+ months of owning the vehicle you called with a complaint of a cigarette smell and You live in the state of Washington, unfortunately there is not much that we can do to rectify your situation without having the vehicle here at our Dealership.
You pay tax based on where you title car not where you buy it.
