From the minute I met Maggie and Kim (management), I knew this was where I wanted to live. Each of them has a heart of gold and personality to match! Not only is this a beautiful community to live in, but knowing that management is compassionate and easy to talk to makes it a win/win!!! I would give them a 100-star rating if I could!

My daughter and I are so happy here! We feel safe here most importantly, but the grounds are maintained nicely and it’s a very convenient location. Also I have to shout out to management/maintenance for coming to my rescue yesterday. My daughter left her house key at school and I was not even close to Monroe, so I called them to see if they could help and let her in for me and they responded right away! Beyond thankful for their responsiveness and quick action.

I'm extremely satisfied living in the Reserve at Monroe Crossings. The staff care for tenants is awesome. It's the best place to live with family. Basic housing problems are taken care of almost immediately. I will recommend this place for anyone looking for accommodation in this neighborhood.

I love living here. It’s quiet. The grounds are well kept. The staff is friendly and caring. Kudos to Maggie and Kim. Thanks for all the events planned for the residents. It makes a great atmosphere for a family. I can’t say more about the pool, picnic areas and playgrounds. It’s great.
