I work for a transportation company and had to get four new tires on my van. Customer service was professional.

Dropped off my car for an 11am appointment, car wasn't ready until 3pm. Not sure if this location is short staffed. My appointment was for a battery check, service engine check light, tore alignment and tire pressure sensor. All the services I asked for were on the receipt, but not everything has fixed. My receipt said service fee $50, tire rotation $0, TS check $0. I was on my way home and my Tire sensor warning light came on again. When I called your store and asked why it wasn't fixed I was told that the warning light wasn't on while being serviced. I had to take more time off and had a different company replace my tire sensors. If you had scanned the sensors instead of looking for a warning light going, you would have found them all to be dying. The warning light doesn't stay on all the time if the tire sensor batteries are getting low! *Edit* I found out 2 days later my battery was low so now It seems nothing was done on my car*

During your vehicle's life, potholes are hit, sharp turns are taken, and brakes are slammed ,all of which cause your components to wear down and your wheels to shift which can pull your car in one direction. This is natural wear and tear, and it can accelerate tire damage. An alignment will return the angles of your vehicle's wheels to the manufacturer's specifications. Follow the manufacturer’s recommendations noted in your owner’s manual. As a general rule, have your vehicle’s alignment checked every 6,000 miles or at least twice a year. Have your vehicle checked if you notice excessive or uneven tire wear, steering wheel pulls to the side, feeling of looseness or wandering, your steering wheel is not centered when car is moving straight ahead, it’s been 6,000 miles since your last alignment check, or you notice a drop in fuel economy.
