Valley View turkeys contain the best flavor in in the breast and roasts well. 5 of us were stuffed after half a small bird. Waste not want not! Wings and feet, drumsticks and livers. This was the best turkey ever.

No they do not sell chickens if you contact them they may be able to refer you to someone
I would just keep checking their site when it gets close to Thanksgiving to see when they're taking orders when I see they're taking orders I put in right away they are great people there it's a great addition to get started
