My receipt from the factory store said to return my unworn, unwashed merchandise to any GAP in the US, so I set out to the Kenwood store. Sadly it was closed and Maps was wrong, so I reported the issue on maps and went to the Rookwood location. I was told by the Rookwood store that anything bought at the Factory store has to be returned to a factory store. Of course there isn’t a factory store everywhere, so it took a total of two hours to return a pair of $45 pants. Thank god I got a coupon for $30 off my next purchase of $75 or more, though! (Sarcasm. That coupon was an absolutely empty and useless apology ahah. What kind of person thinks thats reasonable?) I have never shopped at this company to begin with, and definitely won’t after this.
