It's been many years since we've eaten White Castle foods. Customer service although from a window needs to improve. I didn't order their burgers, and should have. We were very disappointed. When you order a hot food from a fast food place, it should at least be warm from a warming tray. Both meals were cold. Flavors from both meals were missing more than likely because the food temperature was too low. We were hungry so we ate what we ordered, instead of returning them. Hopefully this was a bad day for this location, but we're not going back any time soon.

My husband & I went there for a quick bite, he ordered the crispy bacon slider, it could've used a sauce to compliment the dryness. I ordered the Alaskan panko slider which also could've use a side tartar sauce and side order of fries, cheese & bacon. I was disappointed the fries or cheese were not hot.

Always the best fast food. Burgers have not changed since I was a kid...a lot of good memories a long with my white castle dinning.

I don't normally stop and get lunch but today was a day I was hungry and had a headache. When I arrived I went through the drive-thru and the line went pretty fast. My order was taken from a really nice guy. I ordered the impossible sliders and fries and it came to a little over $9. I wanted the vegan cheese but it had been discontinued. I got to the window, paid and left. When I ate everything was fine amd made well. Had a good experience minus the fact I now feel super guilty I ate all that 🤦🏽‍♀️.
