As much as I wanna say I liked it hear I just didn’t. Yes they have a lot of equipment more than some gyms in the area. Are the machines maintained? doesn’t seem like it. I would personally rather pay the same price if not less at a commercial gym that is consistently clean and taken care of. Never had a bad encounter with staff everyone was very nice. Overall place just seems like it’s not being taken care of. I’ve never seen staff cleaning and I don’t blame them. I blame management for not enforcing it. The thing that made me finally realize I had to leave was that they closed at 2pm on Sundays. The hours say 7pm I got half a workout in had to go to LA Fitness after just to finish my workout. I hope they realize that these issues need to be resolved they have so much potential to be a great gym just need to show some love to the establishment and get the place straightened up.

Terrible business practices and SMELLY DIRTY DISGUISTING PLACE. When I complained to the girl manager, she was dismissive, rude. Never any toilet paper in bathrooms, and the cleanliness gets a big 0! Owner needs to hire another manger and get rid of that girl. I went to Planet Fitness, much cleaner, didn't stink and the managers were very accommodating. #DontGoToNJHF!!!

We joined this gym shortly after the original owner took over. The management was great and always helpful. It was then sold and the new management is awful. When the gyms reopened during Covid I wasn't comfortable returning and filled out …As stated in our email correspondence today I provided you the signed freeze form your husband filled out for you, your daughter and himself in November 2020. During this time due to the circumstances of the pandemic we allowed the primary account holder of family plans to fill out freeze/cancel forms. In March 2021 we were back to our standard policy and procedures and each member must have their own freeze/cancel form filled and signed by them. This will ensure that this person is giving us permission and acknowledgement that they know what is going on with their membership. It is unfortunate that you and your husband did not communicate to each other on what you wish to do. We can not assume or guess what someone wants to do, therefore we have forms that clearly stated your wishes.

I love NJHF!! The staff is so friendly, especially Sophia!!! The instructors and trainers are so amazing!!!Thank you for the positive words and happy for members like yourself that spread positivity through out the gym and the world!

No it doesn't. I had been with this place since they opened. Literally signed up my membership while they were still under construction. It's sad to see that they only care about money. I recently had to relocate and just moved out of state. The last week I was going there I went to the front desk to let them know that I was relocating and that I had to cancel my membership as I would be leaving the state on September 1st. I asked, just to make sure, that I would still be able to use the facilities until then and the response was "well, you can continue to come through the end of September". (Ummm...did you not just hear I was leaving the state on the 1st of the month...) Puzzled I looked at her and repeated myself. The response was that there was a 15 day cancellation policy. Where was this posted? Oh, in my contract that I signed years ago....
