I walked in looking for a dab pen battery. I’ve never used one before and was genuinely looking for help. The girl that was there acted like I was bothering her when I was the only one in the shop and had literally zero interest in assisting me. The pen she sold me is faulty and the charger doesn’t even work. I called today, not even 24hours later and the man who answered wouldn’t help me. He said there is no warranty so even though it’s a faulty product he can’t help me. I told him that I am just looking to exchange it and he barely sounded awake enough to answer a question. Just rude. I told him alright I’ll just go somewhere else and he told me i had a bad attitude and he won’t help me. He then stayed on the line and just ignored me and wouldn’t answer my question. Would never recommend this shop to anyone. Just a staff of kids who don’t care about helping people.
