Wishing there was a way to give a negative star. We brought our daughter here for her teeth. She had fallen and broke on at the top and it was basically completely dying. During our visit they decided it was best to schedule a surgery because she had other teeth that needed capped and the broken one removed. She’s 4. First they scheduled us for a late day surgery. So a 4 year old. No food. No nothing. So that was tough. We were told to come in at 1. She didn’t get taken back for surgery until after 5PM. So she was tired, starving and super thirsty! We were told it would take about an hour. We were gone 15 minutes when we got the call she was done. Just for us to get back and they realized they called the wrong parents but said she’d be out soon to wait. It was well over an hour before we were brought back. When we were brought back the discharge nurse (super nice) stated that we just had to sign the paper work for discharge and to follow the instructions the Dr told us after surgery. To our surprise HE LEFT THE HOSPITAL WITHOUT EVER talking to us. (Apparently he’s done this before) We found he capped the tooth that was suppose to be pulled and pulled one that was never even spoken about. I called to complain multiple times and no one ever called me back. Went into the office and complained but they only ever apologized for him and nothing else was said or done Due to insurance issues and it being so close to the surgery we had to keep returning there for 6 months before another dentist would see us. We were there so many time after with reoccurring infection in one tooth. So they gave an antibiotic then scheduled to pull it. We took her into the office for it to be pulled and he said it looked amazing and didn’t need to be pulled call back with issues. Well fast forward to a week ago we FINALLY got into a new dentist. Come to find out the tooth he was gonna pull but didn’t is fully capped and you can’t see under it to know if it’s infected. Which because it should have been pulled it could be damaging her adult teeth. It needs to be pulled along with another 4. Including the infected one that was suppose to be pulled 5 months ago also could be damaging her adult teeth. A spacer was never put in where the pulled the molar. A separate molar that should have been pulled had a “kiddie root canal” we never knew was done and now needs to be pulled. Basically the dentist here did a hack job on our daughters month and now thanks to that dentist she needs to have ANOTHER surgery done with more work. Apparently lots of people have issues with this place and I am SO surprised they are still able to practice. It makes me sick.
