Most obnoxious treatment I have EVER RECEIVED by a business. They were not busy so I drove directly to the man taking orders and payment. (This is different from before COVID). Previously you drove up and the price list was near the greeter. So I asked him to tell me my choices. You would have thought I swore at him. He went off on a very demeaning rant about the services offered. Remember. There was NO ONE ELSE IN LINE BEHIND ME. I wish I had simply backed out and left. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN….PERIOD!!

I usually take all my cars to this location because I used to like the service, until today. About an hour ago, my wife and I took both our cars for a wash. I took care of one vehicle, while my wife and daughter went to wash the other car. Since our car was a large SUV, my wife and daughter were using two vacuums to clean it faster. They didn’t think it was a problem, since it was the only car being vacuumed at the time. Then, who is believed to be the manager on duty today, approached them and demanded to only utilize one vacuum per vehicle; grabbing the vacuum from my daughter’s hand in a abruptly manner. I know this, because I was on the other car, watching, while my car was being dried. I don’t believe I will coming back, because of the unprofessionalism and rudeness towards my family.

This is the worse carwash I have ever been to. The staff member in side was Rude nasty & arrogant I asked him his name he told me just give me your ticket and pay. Then I asked to speak to the manager he said we don't have one. I went outside to try to talk to the other staff members he went outside to yell at them to get to work no talking that client One staff member said sooo sorry thank you for coming He then yelled at them and said what are F""""" Stupid l said no talking

Went here specifically because they are the only ones who do the floor Matts. Which is easy as mine are just rubber. However extremely disappointed. I got the most expensive package for 40 which is everything plus after a 6 dollar tip for the drying crew I feel ripped off. The seats the dash area they went over it for like a second . It doesn't even look like they used a vacuum. I usually do the interior myself and just get the outside washed. Do not go here unless you want the most basic 10 dollar wash. It's not worth it. I spent almost 50 expecting a decent job. I could have done it myself and saved like 40. Only positive was the exterior came clean and Matt's were sprayed. But everything else was a waste of my time and money.
