I had a great experience at Towne Toyota of Ledgewood, enough so that I bought my new Tacoma from them! I had been searching for a new truck for over a year and had not found a dealership honest/fair enough to earn my business. Luckily a good friend of mine found Towne a month earlier and told me to go speak to them. Towne met and exceeded my standards. From the moment I walked in the staff was easy going and friendly. Marco my sales person was not pushing me to buy any specific vehicle and instead asked what I would like to see and openly searched his inventory and pricing in front of me, creating a very transparent experience. I was able to inspect and drive the vehicles that I was interested in with out anyone breathing down my neck or forcing me look at all the minute features. Once I found a vehicle I was interested in purchasing we were able to sit down and respectfully come to an agreement on a fair price quickly and painlessly, rather then the typical argumentative, price gouging, stretched out style than many other dealerships create. Even in the current market I was given an amazing offer. Finance was also an easy and pleasant experience with Sergio whom was a very well spoken and an easy going person. He thoroughly and patiently explained all the options and offers and willing went through all the fine details to help me find a package that best suited me. In addition the other team members, Frank and General Manager Matt, were very accommodating and willing to help me in anyway possible. Lastly Marco stayed in touch with me to checkup on my experience with my truck and answered any questions I had regardless of how silly. Overall Towne Toyota has been exceptional in their service to me, I would love to keep doing business with them and would definitely send my friends and family their way when looking for a vehicle.
