There are unfortunately moments in a person's or family's lifetime that may cause them to face a difficult and challenging legal journey. Our family was placed into in this situation. We were extremely fortunate to be introduced to the Hamparyan Personal Injury Law Firm. From the moment we met with Robert we were treated with professional respect and compassion for our situation. I have now worked with Hamparyan Law for 2 accidents, one on my own and the other with my wife and myself. Accidents are definitely no fun especially when the person who hits you doesn’t have insurance but I was working with Aida who took care of everything for us every step of the way. I would and will recommend them to any of my friends or family that happen to get into a car accident as they have very good communication and are great with negotiating medical bills and getting the settlement to what we deserve. If you work with them definitely ask for Aida she is not only a very nice person but is very tough as a lawyer which is exactly what you need. I hope to never be in an accident again but if it happens I already know who will take the best care of me and my family.

First things first. Take care of yourself and your family’s injury and care needs. Go to the hospital, emergency room or urgent care. Explain the injury and symptoms carefully and follow the treating physicians’ recommendations. At the scene of the incident, make sure and take the information or names of the witnesses and parties involved. Record the information of the make or model of car or cars that impacted you. Take photos with your phone of the damages or things you observe if possible. Next, do not provide statements recorded or otherwise to the adjusters or insurance claims personnel that may call you for the driver of the other vehicle before your injuries are clear and you aren’t under the cloud of the medications and pain. This will inevitably be used against you in an unfair and inconsistent manner. You have a duty to cooperate with your insurance company and you should. Tell the truth and do not guess. Finally, Call your attorney!
While the majority of attorneys advertising their services may claim the two are the same, that couldn’t be farther from the truth. You should ask the attorney you are interviewing if he or she has personally tried similar civil matters and what those results were. You should ask them how many trials, what types of cases, what their success ratios are. That belief and the planning helps us get ready for the trials and gives our clients the best results. Insurance companies are put to the test of either paying the reasonable value of the case before trial or having a jury deliver a stronger message if they don’t.
