Rosa was amazing through the initial process, I am happy I decided to stick with them, so far so good. I will update once the case is over if anything changes.

Got hit by a man driving high on meth and broke my hand and wasn’t able to ride my motorcycle which was the main source of my income. Lost my job and had to go on unemployment. Called WilShire law firm and was quickly set up with a date and time to meet with there first point of contact. Everything moved extremely quickly, they came out and took photos and kept me updated regarding the property damage portion. It went very quickly and they were able to get me what my car was worth also an upgrade I had just got done. During the personal injury portion of the case there were a couple problems with communication, this was all sorted out with professionalism and understanding the owner at WilShire and cristal whom I believe to handle most of the calls truly care about your case and don’t make it seem like you’re just out to get a check. It was frustrating not knowing what was going on but they made sure to get back to me every time things seems to go stagnant. There was an issue with not knowing the amount we were to receive and they quickly got back to me regarding it. At some point I just didn’t hear from WilShire at all but it seems they had moved foward with the case and were already at the point of finishing. I wanted to highlight the quick and efficient work of Ernest, he moves very fast negotiating medical fees and getting me an amount I didn’t expect to receive. In the end they kept good on their promises. The only few problems I had were with doctors and not being able to get an appointment and or them not sending the information to WilShire. I am very happy with the outcome, it took some time but with little to no effort on my part I am glad I came out without a loss.

The amount of compensation you receive will be affected by not only the extent of your damages but also the strength of the evidence supporting your claim.
If your case has a good chance of going to trial, you will likely undergo a deposition, and an oral question and answer session with the opposing attorney.
In California, the deadline for filing a personal injury lawsuit, also known as the statute of limitations, is two years from the injury or date of discovery in most cases.
Each and every case presents its own unique set of circumstances which affects its length, so it's impossible to come up with a general timetable.
Yes. The state of California uses a "pure comparative negligence" system for determining damages in a personal injury suit.
