Awful post office, terrible employees. The blonde lady at the counter is awful. The other counter worker - "#11" is rude beyond reason. Walk in in a good mood and leave feeling terrible. The staff here seems agitated all of the time, why take a job dealing with the public if you dislike it so much? This post office needs an employee overhaul. Avoid this location, go to the main post office on Mission Ave, they are always professional and pleasant.

This is the best post office in Escondido. Marvin is delightful and helpful. He is always patient, knowledgeable and makes sure that my packages make it to their destination. Thank you Marvin ❤️

Extremely rude and hostile! I had a pretty disturbing experience at this post office location. I tried to be polite and calm when I had a simple question regarding a banner that was being advertised outside and had a simple question regarding a $19.00 difference renewing my PO BOX with NO NOTICE, The treatment that I ( Latino) was noticeably different comparing how she treated another customer (white female) mocking me for questions they assumed I would know!!VERY DISRESPECTFUL. Manager named KATHY/CATHY here treated me so poorly, unprofessional and dismissive without any assistance and told me to "have a great day" instead of answering my concern. So far I have experienced a completely bad attitude including huffs and roll of the eyes just as I walked up. I figured she was just having a bad day but it was clear she just has a bad attitude. The crazy part is that I had to pay for my PO BOX online to avoid management, because even with the patience that I had I still stayed and renewed my PO BOX because its close to my home, I hope you get FIRED and get replaced with better management. Horrible discrimination experience.
