First visit was to get passport photos taken- walked in (they were not busy at this time) & was out in about 5 minutes. No appointment was made/needed. Second visit was to get a refund. The USPS agent did not accept them and I had to retake/repay at time of my passport appointment. USPS gave me a stamped/signed document to confirm they did not accept the photos. I returned with my receipt, photos, and the USPS photo (all places give you two) for comparison and was refunded without any issues. USPS could be easily declining photo so they can charge for photo themselves. I was impressed with the no hassle refund. They have a lot of very creative and unique gift giving nick-nacks & packages. Staff is very professional and respectful.

The Postal Annex at 970 West Valley Parkway in Escondido has a great professional team. I always get my things done the right way. They are reliable and create an atmosphere of good vibrations. During Covid19 thank God they were always open. i like the fact that prices are reasonable compared to others.. My older sister and my niece got all their Passport pictures and applications accomplished with precision. They have Live Scan and Notary services mobile and onsite. I have had my Mailbox there for years. . .
