Don't go here!! Too expensive, terrible customer service. My 79 year old mom went here to mail a package to her brother in Atlanta containing one shirt, a sweatshirt and two pair of sweat pants. The man at this store didn't give her any options. He just took it and packaged it up and charged her before she knew what was happening, because he was in a hurry and had a long line. He charged her $62 to mail this! Not knowing, she paid it. Not only that he said it would take two weeks to get there. When she told me about this we checked at Fed Ex and the would have mailed it for $27 and the Post Office would have been a flat fee box for $16. When she went back to the store to complain he said there was nothing he was willing to do because it had already been sent. Taking advantage of the elderly is a crime!

This store had gotten all of my shipping business for the last 5 years. Not anymore. I shipped a 6lb box through Ebay and they tried to claim it was a 27lb box, which led to Ebay charging me almost $40 for the shipping label. Super sketchy.

Always a great experience at this specific UPS location. Family owned and ran business and you can tell from how friendly and welcoming all their staff are which keeps me coming back!!
