I can’t begin to express the weight lifted off our shoulders with the Servepro team. With in 12 hours of us finding a leak, they were here- mapping out damage, turning on fans… and holding our hands through the process. They were never to busy to answer a question, or take the time to ensure us that it would be fixed, that they got the damage before it turned to mold. They also have a plethora of INCREDIBLE referrals that were so easy to get bids from/work with. It took this overwhelming and daunting task and made it somewhat of a cake walk. Yes, we accept all insurance claims. Each of our clients who uses an insurance claim is assigned a Project Coordinator to help them process their claim from start to finish.
