Omar was a pleasure to talk to - easy to get a hold of, came on site quickly, gave a fair estimate of repairs and was flexible and understanding with us needing to move our repair date. If I ever have any mold issues in the future I would reach out to him again!

Omg!! I want to start off by saying this company is the BEST of the BEST. My appointment was at 8:30 am & at 8:20 am two very kind gentlemen by the name of John and Scott were knocking on my door and eager to start the job at my condo. Both guys were so kind and very informative (which made me feel at ease), they worked greatly as a team and accomplished the job in a timely manner. Removing walls and mold damage is a messy project and they left my house spotless with no messes on the floor. By the time the job was almost completed a man by the name of Mohamad stopped by to check out the job and to assist Scott and John. Mohamad was very professional as to inform me that they had taken care of the mold issue and that they were going to leave the protective floor mates for me so that when the other company comes to patch up the walls that I will Not have to worry about any messes on the floor. I was super surprised that they were thoughtful enough to do that for me. These guys are all amazing!! I also want to add that as I was speaking with John he informed me that today was his first day on the job, & I had no clue, I figured he had been with the company for years ( he is a hard worker)!! Scott whom has been with the company for years is an outstanding trainer and employee This company is truly blessed to have these men as part of their team.

Omar did an amazing job of completely disinfecting an apartment, top to bottom. He met my last-minute deadline for getting it done, and at a very reasonable price, unlike the prices of other companies I had researched. He was so calm, understanding, kind, compassionate, and considerate of all my needs and questions during a very stressful time for me. He took care of any and every special need and issue, responding immediately to my texts, calling me when necessary, and calmly reassuring me that the work would be finished in a timely manner, which it was. I recommend Omar and Risk Free Services with my highest recommendation. I am confident that their service is excellent, far exceeding anyone's expectations, in all the work they do. My water heater started leaking two weeks ago, I called my plumber to fix the leak and he recommended me to contact Risk Free Serv for a free inspection to also check for water damage and mold. I called and scheduled them the same day, they showed up on time and were very professional, they checked around the water heater and showed me a few wet areas on the drywall and wood panel, thank God there was no Mold! They placed their fans and dehumidifier for a few days until everything was back to normal. These guys were honest, educated me on how to be proactive and prevent common water damage issues in the future, and checked the rest of my house to ensure there are no hidden leaks.

Yes we do accept payments from all insurance companies. And if you are planning to start an insurance claim we recommend that you request a free inspection first so we can assess the situation and guide you through the claim process. When opening a new claim you will need to contact your insurance company and give them a brief description of the problem. After that we will be able to send your insurance company all the documents that they require to issue the payment.
Yes we are insured and certified for all the services that we provide.
Unfortunately, at this time we don't offer renovations in house. However, we always help homeowners with renovations by connecting them with few local licensed contractors that we have worked with in the past.
Yes we have industrial air scrubbers along with dehumidifiers and fans to tackle any water damage project.
When it comes to post restoration or remediation testing we use a handful of local licensed testers that offer affordable prices to our customers. We at Risk Free Serv want to be as ethical as possible by using third-party companies to test after our work is done to prevent any possible conflict of interest.
Our technicians are certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification for fire damage restoration.
Yes we use very effective dehumidifiers on every water damage job along with fans and air scrubbers depending on the extent of damage.
We do offer on site quotes after we complete an inspection of the affected area. We prefer to not give quotes over the phone since every project is unique and the price will vary based on the scope of work. However, you can contact us to schedule a free inspection for any water, mold, smoke or fire damage problem you have.
Flood damage restoration is our specialty. We use water extractors to get ride of all the standing water then set up our dehumidifiers and fans to dry the building materials. Feel free to call us for a free inspection of your property.
Every project is unique when it comes to water damage restoration. However, it usually takes anywhere between 3-10 days to dry the building materials and remove any damaged parts.
The cost for any water damage restoration depends on few key factors. For example, the number of dehumidifiers and fans needed and how many days they need to run until the building materials are completely dry will be major factors in the project cost. Typically the price to rent a dehumidifier and a fan for a day is $80 and $27 respectively.
