Nicole Green is a very client-centric primary care provider. She is friendly and professional and is great at following up on issues and including a patient in their own care. Staff is professional and courteous. I highly recommend this provider.

The outside is very well maintained and is easily ADA accessible. But you can tell the building is old d/t the inside aesthetic not been maintained. The paint on the walls is chipped, there’re dents in the molding and other finishing touches. It doesn’t look like the lobby chairs have been cleaned or refurbished in a long time. The receptionist would probably keel over if she smiled at you or acknowledged you. The chipped paint etc. carries to the back rooms. The Assistants/ARNPs are helpful and welcoming, with the exception of one several years ago that seemed to hate her job. Both times I’ve met with the doc he’s tried pushing pills, which I understand is our culture but maybe explore alternatives first? Nova health just acquired this office a year or so ago so maybe they plan on updating the space?
