Not a perfect place but you can tell the organization is trying to do good for employees. Wages are between mid and high tier for assembly jobs but site offers higher wage jobs for technical roles. Insurance is best you’ll find around Marion by far!

Too much drama. Poor training means a poor running plant. Customer (Honda) is always there because USY just cant get out the parts they need to. The reason they pay so decent is because they expect you to live there! Great job if you dont have kiddos though!

You have to get the paperwork from HR and have the doctor or hospital fill it out. Then turn it back into HR. You can get the Fmla paperwork also if he has been there at least a year.
