Thier properties are some of the best in marion. You can tell they really care for each of thier customers. Very kind and very fair people. You would be lucky to rent, buy from them.

We've been tenants for over three years now, every issue we've ever encountered has been resolved quickly! Alyssa and Kyle have always responded to any problem no matter how small.. even if it was minor disagreements we had with other tenants. (Which they didn't have to do !) We will always refer them to anyone looking for a rental property.

Does the people that run the office own this because we are really trying to contact the owner.my sister paid a week ago for her apt and cannever find them in the office.for a week now.so who do we contact to get a key and just get moved in?

Hi! We’re open everyday. Your sister has my cell & actually has called me multiple times, she was short funds when she first came in so that’s what we were waiting on for her to get a key! All she has to do is come in during office hours and we can get her moved in! (:

You will have to go to their office and fill out one. I believe it's a $5 fee for a application.
