Terrible experience with scheduling staff. If they don’t like you personally, you are not going to get anything done. Very unprofessional. Organization suppose to work as an institution, but scheduling department is there to wash bones and do their job only for those that they like personally. Don’t fit in criteria- no service.

I have been going to this clinic for 3 years. Been on max blood pressure medicine for 3 years and the nurse practitioner I was seeing had no problem with it not working. I have had multiple UTI and bladder infections and they would not RX anything. Also I was seen about a month or so ago for swelling in my belly, chest pain, dry cough, pain in my legs, dizziness, having a hard time breathing and overall not feeling well. Nurse practitioner said it was covid without testing me because he has had covid twice he knew that’s what it was and gave me a Z pack. Ended up in the hospital with a Pulmonary embolism and fluid around the heart with also a right axis branch block. Me and my daughter who is now taking care of me were “kicked out” on Monday because he wanted to do his own treatment plan instead of following a cardiologist and pulmonologist who specialize in this. He didn’t even know about lupus panels when asked if that could be a possibility since in runs heavy in the family. He also said I did not need to fast for blood work but we all know to get better results, you fast. I have never seen a doctor get so angry and loudly demand a patient to do something their way or find somewhere else. To treat a patient like that especially the condition I’m in and him not listening to my concerns was just flabbergasting. After that he immediately went into another room telling that patient our business because he was that angry! We gladly left. They also would not give me records unless I paid .50 a page which is highly ILLEGAL. Within that hour I was a patient somewhere else and now I have a doctor who actually listens to my concerns and looks more into what is causing it rather than just treating the symptoms. He also filled a RX with out speaking to the gyno there and when I seen her she said he was not supposed to do that. Due to my age there are many risk factors. She said I was only supposed to be on it for 3 months to try and shrink the uterine wall due to finding out I have endometriosis. I will be reporting this clinic to the medical board. If you care about your health, RUN far from this place.

first of all, what doctors office doesn’t accept patients when they are sick. Second of all, I am reporting this agency to the health board. This is not the place to go if your looking for real medical care. Your better off paying for insurance and going to a real doctors office. This place is a joke. I am very unhappy with this facility

An amazing collaboration between the County and Volunteers, Hands Clinic provides many needed services for the uninsured. It is an Income contingent alternative for people who can not afford insurance. Medicines, doctor visits, mental health, eye exams and dental are all available to thise who qualify.
