Visited again in June 2022. The male provider was horrible - rude and unqualified. Do NOT go to him. He is a waste of time and money. Previous review: Thank you for providing the care I needed today since my doctor is unavailable. Great work! I was in and out in the time it normally takes to sit in my doctors waiting room. I had been here twice in 2020/2021 and highly recommended Kadlec Express Clinic at the Richland Walgreens.

Urgent Care places suck. Kadlec Express Care was easy to schedule same day appointment. No waiting and I was out of there in 2 minutes.

I was skeptical, but, absolutely did not want to go to the E.R. I was seen quickly, Dr. Seemed more knowledgeable than my own Dr. Meds were ready at Walgreens in less than 5 minutes! Great A+ experience!

My son and I were able to get in together in the same day, which was great. No wait time and the assistant was pleasant and the provider was thorough. However the computers were down which isn't their fault. When they wrote out the prescriptions my pharmacist couldn't read the signature and didn't have the DEA number to fill it. It should have been easy to get with a phone call but they closed down the clinic and left. The 1-800 number scheduler was the only one we could get in contact with (after a long wait) and she couldn't even tell us who we saw! It was ridiculous to have been seen, racked up a bill, and have a useless RX. That was the 2nd time I've seen a provider and a Kadlec Expresscare and not been able to easily fill a perscription. They need to have better contact info for patients and pharmacists.

The available appointments at these Express Care locations fill up VERY quickly. Often by 9 AM. So the earlier you can get online and make an appointment the better :-)
