It was easy to schedule for the next day, walked in and got in before my appointment time, the lady was very nice as well as Erick the one who saw me. They both listened to me and what I had to say about what I was going through and I got when I needed out of it. Very grateful that a good friend told me about going there. Was a great experience thank you

Everyone here is always kind and helpful, and we never have to wait more than a few minutes after the appointment time.

We used to love this branch because of curbside covid testing and virtual visits until today. First, you have to call an 800 number to be able to talk to them, they don't have a 509 number. I called around 8 and 9am (their branch says Open in their website) yesterday to get an appointment for covid testing only because my daughter is in a close contact list in their class (she dont have any symptoms & we need a negative test in order to go back to school) and their school dont have the capacity to do testing in their school. The agent told me this branch is booked for today and they only schedule 1 day at a time, so I was instructed to book online after 5pm for the next day and so did I. We arrived at the clinic today and asked if we can do the testing the way we do before (2 weeks ago) where their guy comes out and I swab my autistic daughter, the Receptionist explained that we have to see a doctor first inside the clinic then we can get a covid testing. My husband tried to clarify it with her and after saying 2 words, she got defensive and explain same thing with attitude and proactively said, " do you want to talk to my mngr? Let me get my mngr" The mngr confirmed that they do not do curbside testing anymore, patient has to come inside. So we took our anxious crying daughter out of the car and then they said our provider is not here yet maybe 20 mins. So we left and wasted our time.

The staff was amazing and caring. Explaining everything and ensuring that I understood what was happening and what was going to happen. Going to any clinic on a Sunday morning is not fun but they made it a good experience and they were quick and caring.
