My first visit was yesterday. I highly recommend Aaron Johnson. He was very personable and addressed all of my questions and concerns. It was refreshing to find a provider that will take the time treat you like a person not just a number. The check in and check out process was very easy and efficient. And I was pleasantly surprised to be seated prior to my appointment time. I have already referred 2 of my friends.

I am a Navy spinal cord injury Veteran. I have gone there for about 5 mo now it has been horrible try to get them on the phone. Total care. No it isn’t. On my 2nd visit me and my nurse who traveled from Seattle we waited 2 hrs in waiting room then was greeted by nurse who brought us back to doctors exam room. To just kick us out over a small 100$ dollars they would get. Over a bill that was billed with a code that labor and industries wouldn’t pay. This wasn’t denying treatments they kicked us out. I’m still waiting over 2 mo for referral s after it all got fix d. don’t deal with a practice that is all about the money no Apologies on the practice side Just billing

I have been with Trudy Sharp for a few years. She's amazing, and so is her staff. I would highly recommend her. But, Hopefully you won't ever need to speak to Beatrice in billing though, she was very rude and unprofessional.

Dr Schab is hands down the best doctor I’ve found in the 16 years I’ve lived in the Tri Cities. She’s attentive and kind and truly tries to get to the bottom of my medical issues. I have a rare genetic disorder and have been dismissed and treated horribly by so many doctors, I had lost hope that I would find someone willing and able to help me until I met her. I am so grateful for the excellent care she provides!
