My partner's speech therapy has been canceled more than he has been seen. I ask why and they don't have any reason except that she is taking the afternoon off. This has happened many times. Twice last week and once this week so far and it's only Monday!

The providers have been great. They work well with my child and seem take a personal interest in his success. The scheduling isn't great. The administration up front doesn't have a great attitude either. One of our apointments were cancelled right as we were walking through the door with not a trace regard. Don't even try the coffee shop. It's awful and the person behind the counter is extremely rude. They won't take anything higher than a $10 bill (I was scolded for wanting to use a $20) and she made a point to ask me why I didn't want to use my debit card. RUDE.

Over the years I have gone to this place for a wide range of therapies, evaluation's, classes on a variety of topics, it has always been a wonderful experience. They truly care, get to know you and you're not just a number. From front office to therapy areas and beyond. I highly recommend this place and, the people I have worked with.

I am very dissapointed with my experience here. I got a new physical therapist Amy B. and she gave me the wrong diagnosis. I was told I had something really bad as she looked at my health records. As it was news to me I immediately contacted my doctors office to find out it wasn't true. So when I returned I asked Amy to please show me the MRI result she was reading so I could ask my doctor, she went through my records and said "oops I must have made a mistake!" I am not going here for P.T. anymore!!
