We were visiting the area over the weekend and decided to see an urgent care facility instead of waiting a day to see our own physician for an ear infection. The service we received was amazing! We checked in with the receptionist and was called back for the doctor in no time. Every staff member were kind and respectful.

Felt rushed because they were closing at 7:30, I arrived at 7:00. Receptionist asked me to please hurry filling out forms. However, she was nice when I was leaving. Didn't have any problems with anyone else that I dealt with.

Had X-rays and breathing treatment for a cough that didn’t sound good. No other questions about medical history or exam done and got sent to the ER just to be told it was post nasal drip. I would expect any doc could have identified it being post nasal drip but this experience proved otherwise.

My experience was okay, not great. The staff was very polite. I was disappointed in the doctor that day. I have a LOT of allergies to medicines and they were clearly written in my chart. However it was very clear that he hadn't looked at the list when we discussed meds for me.

Yes you can. But it is not a standard covid testing place. It is a regular doctor's visit, they accept insurance. You get results while you wait.

About 3 days, ive had it done there twice. It is about a day longer when positive vs negative..
