Charged for using a credit card. Two separate charges for parking in their lot, Daily parking and a parking tax. When I called to ask about complimentary breakfast, I was told yes. However, it is not free, it is $17 buffet each person. Room was very small and basic motel style. Broken toilet paper holder, and toilet not working. Not bags in garbage cans. No courteous baggage check in. No greeting, nor asked about our stay. Price after taxes and fee was altered $20 more then shown. Not worth $412 for one night!

ROOM: I was extremely happy with the room accommodations. I got a 2x queen bed room. Lots of lighting, desk / counter space, and closet space. Mini fridge actually got cold. SERVICE: There was no room service unfortunately the weekend i stayed. There was one housekeeping staff that was extremely rude and attempted to literally walk through me near the elevators as i rounded a corner. It was a moment of a game of "chicken". The service staff in the lobby at the reception and at the breakfast were excellent. LOCATION: very safe, with frequent night patrols by hotel security, which i appreciated. The hotel is tucked away in an area with nice grass and trees. Only minor downside is that it is not in center city itself. OVERALL: would return.

Nice room with comfortable beds. Heat/AC unit was extremely loud scaring my wife when shutting off and cooling was quite slow. Soap dispenser in shower was empty. No free breakfast buffet or coffee except for room Keurig hidden in a cabinet and not found until second day. Breakfast buffet was $16.00 per person. They did have some individual items available for breakfast. Make sure you have your digital key ready when boarding elevator.

Staff was very nice and helpful as we checked in very late after a long trip. Location was ideal for the purpose of our trip, however the price was not worth the stay. The room was not clean. Only one towel was provided and no toiletries. Mattress and blankets were very dirty. I'm still waiting on a call back from a manager.

Usually starts at 6:30 during the week, and 7:00 weekend. Ask when you check in, to be sure...

Julie- If you're taking Amtrak, the closest train station is 30th Street Station in Philadelphia. For SEPTA Regional Rail, the closest stations are the Bala Station on the Cynwyd Line and the Wissahickon Station on the Manayunk/Norristown Line.
We are located 3 1/2 miles from the Mann Music Center. It is about a 10-20 minute drive, depending on traffic. Please note that if you do drive, the parking lot at the Mann only takes cash for payment. Thanks!

Check in was a breeze both when we reserved a night ahead and when we showed up for a night without a reservation. We had planned to stay locally so this was a saving have for us when that wasn't possible!
