Better than it looks the folks here were very kind to me and even though I was charged for being a few minutes late they took care of me and were very helpful

Very sketchy area and VERY slow service. My bus was canceled unexpectedly and they were still unable to assist me with refunding the useless ticket. They persisted on giving me a phone number to call where I expected my dilemma to be resolved, but instead the male on the phone gave me a rude attitude because I had difficulty understanding them. I still haven’t received my refund, and it does not make my personal situations any better. Very shameful services.

Greyhound bus terminal used to have some self respect on Broadway. Now, it's located in the worst place imaginable. It offers it's customers a tent-like structure to sit under in a parking lot, surrounded by trash & homeless doing dope. I guess the company has cut major costs due to business being down.
