Took my truck in for an oil change and to look at my power step. The step would work intermittently. Of course never happened while it was there. Fast forward 2 weeks to present day. Step started to act up again. I called service and they said that I could not bring my truck in because they only do appointment only. Which is funny because both times I’ve taken my truck in I didn’t have an appointment. Called Envision West Covina and they said to bring it. Never again Puente hills.

I called the oil change promotion before I went there. But they denied their own company promotion policy at the spot saying it was not their dealership. But in fact it was puente hills CDJR. Then he gave me a $85 full synthetic oil change quote. When I picked up my car after the oil change, there was NO INSPECTION PAPER which was written done in my invoice. And the front tire pressure was set WRONG which apparently didn’t follow the instructions at the door. All those things shows they are not honest and professional.

Don’t trust this dealer. Everyone here are liar. The experience of my buying Pacifica is nightmare. The saleman cheated me many times. They promised me will canceled the additional fee and write the concelation form to me. But they didn’t do that. I am very angry and flustered. Is there anyone who can be trusted? The sale man’s name is Sean Chu who is Taiwan Chinese. He is terribly tricky and crafty people. Don’t go to this store.

Super friendly and helpful in the service department. Great communication and great results. Henry Jimenez was helpful and very efficient. I walked the lot and looked at other cars and the sales staff was very available but not at all pushy. The shuttle driver was a nice guy too. This was a really good experience from stat to finish.
