Kids enjoyed the pool..Too hot in the pool area, lockers have no keys or way to secure belongings they really need to expand

My first impression walking up was not good. However, not judging a book by its cover, I came in for a birthday party my 8yr old son was invited to. The facility was very crowded but the staff were trying their hardest to accommodate everyone. I don’t fault staff for that, I would rather them try to help rather than not care. The pool area is fun for kids of all ages. I saw plenty of every age. The ONLY negative thing I would say is that it is extremely hot and humid inside. There was at least one 6ft tall fan blowing from one side which was nice but it’s only local air movement. Overall I am/was impressed and would recommend this place to others. The air circulation or lack of is the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars.

Awesome place to play. The staff was friendly and kind. The facility was clean and well kept. My children between the ages of 6 and 13 had a blast. There is something for everyone to enjoy. The lifeguards were very alert and attentive; they prevented accidents and kept everyone safe. The price isn't too bad for all the fun you can have.

Save your money and time; go to Ray’s Splash Planet. Great Wolf is always sold out and expensive. Thank me in advance.—CC Clean facility(They have locker rooms, brink a lock, or carry a tot for your towels; Excellent Customer Service. No food allowed, so keep your cooler in the car to snack, but you can come back in without a hassle. The only thing is parking fills up quickly, but overall pleasure and very affordable experience. Enjoy!
