Good products could have been better tuned up lift , stalled frequently ran rough . Rented it for 24 hrs with 8 hrs running time . Picked it up a 9 am returned it 6hrs 42 minutes later with almost 3 hr run time . Other rental equipment place give refunds for less time .Owner refused to give any discount and told me tuff luck. I'll never go to them or recommend them again to anyone . They lost a possible frequent customer . Home depot or Lowe's is friendlier and nicer .

Rented a green boom lift from here a few months back. The leveling jack suddenly retracted without warning as the tree guys started their second day. Thank god the bucket was still on the ground and not in the air, it would have killed someone. I called about it because they still wanted to bill me for the half-day! I had to still pay the tree people for showing up and getting the boom repositioned only for their equipment the fail. But it was really insulting they wanted to charge me for that morning when we brought them back a dangerously defective boom lift. Worse yet the owner didn't even call me back as I asked.
