I was to referred this United Rentals at 7233 Adamo. I called them and was connected to Jay over at service and explained to him my problem. He stated that they could work on it, and also would have an estimate within 24 to 48 hours and would get on it asap. 45 minute drive over to drop off the machine. I expressed to them that this was the blood line of my company and was hoping that they would let me know what's going on with it sooner than later. One mechanic I believe his name was Joe stated that he was going to start looking at it within the next couple hours. I expressed to him that I was on a big job and just needed good communication, I needed to know if I will need to rent equipment or to expect job site delays. The machine was dropped off on Friday, I contacted them Monday afternoon, Jay stated that the part is hard to find, but his service manager has more connections and when he gets back from lunch he was going to ask him If he could locate the part. (never happened).Tuesday morning I attempted to reach out to Jay because the company gave me his direct number. After calling several times throughout the day and texting with no response I contacted united rentals direct, and was able to get Jay on the phone. Jay Once again phone calls went on deaf ears. The only way I was able to get in contact with Jay was to call from a different cell number. He once again stated that they were working on the machine and had the part. Thursday he states they're working on the machine and hopefully will have it done by the end of the day. I expressed to him that all I need from him is open communication so I know how to gauge the current job that I am on. I expressed the machine going down is costing me thousands of dollars, and if that's the case I need to rent a machine. He told me he would let me know by the days end. That never happen, he never returned my phone calls, and I even contacted United rental and they said that they would have a manager be reaching out to me(that didn't happen either). So now they've had the machine for an entire week. Friday morning tried to get a hold of somebody over there that could give me information on the machine and the status. The front desk told me that someone would call me in the next 15 to 20 minutes(never happened).Surprisingly late morning Jay calls me and tells me that the part that was overnighted on Tuesday was not the right part. I was completely taken back by that, because they told me that they have been working on the machine the entire week, plus I sent them the part number with pictures. That point I knew I was being lied to and misled, and left the jobsite and headed to go pick up the machine. Surprisingly when I get there the machine hadn't even moved from where I dropped it off. Plus zero work had been done. Obviously I was furious, all I was asking for is upfront communication so my business could continue to run. If they would've told me from the get-go that they couldn't get on the machine ASAP I would've never taken it to the shop. Instead they avoided my phone calls, and lied to me. I was so taken back on such a large Company could be acting so unprofessional and obviously zero supervision of the employees. Then to make the matter worse is that I took it to another shop which they diagnose the problem with my machine way different than Jay told me, but I'm pretty sure he never even looked at my machine, nor did he ever give me that promised 24-48 hour estimate. I rent a lot of equipment throughout the year, I will continue to use Herc rental because they are an honest. There is so much more to this bad experience, I'm limited on review.

The machine was delivered right away, ready to work. Had no issues with it at all and was the perfect solution for the work environment.
