Having a 90+ lb dog and a wanna-be high maintenance cat we go through food & cat litter quickly, so we're constantly doing the curbside pickup when ordering. We've always had wonderful experiences (both in-store and doing online orders) with the store we frequent, and the staff are Rockstars when it comes to service! I would DEFINITELY recommend this store to anyone questioning whether to shop here or at a bigger petstore chain!

I have been shopping this store since it opened. The past few months they have become quite unreliable. When you enter the store you are greeted by 3 employees, 2 of them disappear immediately. You say you need help in fish and it takes 15 min to get help....... But 3 people were just doing nothing till I walked in.... The past 2 weeks I have been chasing a fictitious truck. Was supposed to be in last Friday, then I was told Monday, Monday I was told it is late should be in a bit later. So Tuesday I check again only to see they didn't get the dogfood they are out of, just stuff they already have on the shelf. And I was told to come back on Friday..... So at this point I replied on them and had to buy 2 small bags of food and spend more money for half the amount of food. I can order it online and have them ship the food, but I stopped my order with chewy so I could support local. Sorry I guess it's time to switch back to chewy.

Dislaimer* long and might be sensitive to some! I love this chain, but this particular store is in squalor! Their fish section looks like a grave yard, small mamals in filthy cages and skinny reptiles. I'll only post some pics of some of the fish, but a manager there named Sandra continued to argue with me that "they are aware that their animal darpartments are slacking but can't do anything about it and that I'm insinuating they aren't taken care of" which I am! As she filled tennis balls onto the shelves! I wouldn't even give this place a star if I could leave zero, I would! Do not buy animals from here, they clearly want them to die.
