I don’t ever leave reviews but I have to give a HUGE shoutout to “Matt” in the furniture dept! We purchased an electric fireplace a month ago. Hadn’t turned it on as it’s been warm, but last night we decided to turn it on as it was a little chilly. It wouldn’t turn on. We had no luck with the manufacturer so we called Big Lots and spoke to Matt in furniture. He told us if we will bring our fireplace unit back he would change out the unit on display with our unit. We didn’t have to take the whole fireplace back as it was very heavy! Big Lots is very fortunate to have him as an employee!! Thank you so much Matt!

Still amazed at this store. Very well stocked; staff extremely helpful. It's always clean and tidy. I've been into numerous Big Lots and this wasn't the case.

This is not available in NC, I'm fairly sure of this. So Big Lots definitely does not carry this item
I don't know I just shop there.
They do not, but they do contract with a gentleman who will deliver for them. He charges around $50 for local deliveries. We had him deliver our bed. The store will be happy to give you his info so you can schedule your delivery.
