First of all delicious food, i have never had a complaint on that aspect. The customer service however is a hit and miss experience, sometimes a little disrespectful. I have been here with my family probably 12+ times. I feel half of those times we have had a cashier or waiter roll their eyes at request or question our honesty, act annoyed etc. Example one: they forgot our cheese breads, when confronted the cashier told us that she had given it to us. We had to call over the person who served our food for them to confirm. Example two: i grabbed my one drink cup since it wasn't given to me, the cashier questioned me on what i was doing and i explained. I had to show my receipt. Example 3: when ordering food the person serving was unable to hear my wife or maybe was unable to understand the type of base she wanted, the person put the wrong base on and my wife had to correct her, she was annoyed at having to start over and told my wife that she was doing what she had asked for. Example 4: sat down and noticed that the chicken was rubbery and could use more cooking we let the waiter know and set the chicken aside, the waiter said she would bring a portion of chicken but never came back.
