The worker toney was extremely rude, the service is terrible you lose signal everywhere and they straight up lied to me and told me I’d have the highest plan with unlimited data and hotspot and that wasn’t the case toney should be fired for hanging up the phone on me.

No, they are a separate carrier. They do have both prepaid (like Metro PCS) and postpaid accounts available. Also, Metro PCS has terrible coverage in Wilkes county.
