Called and requested my birth certificate and they put it in the mail next day. Pleasant people to speak with on the phone and walked me through the application steps. Lovely place! Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, I'm a native of North Wilkesboro, NC right in Wilkes County. I live out of the state(thank God!) I have been trying to get my birth certificate for months now because of starting a new job. I was directed to NC Vitols site when I called down there I haven't heard anything in months especially since the birth certificate was paid for and hasn't been sent to me, there was a screw up because the site was a third party site and I'm being jerked around.
