I was helped by a very nice attorney. The attorney really cared and my problem was resolved after months. They never charge anything. All services are free. Nice to have a nonprofit on your side.

randy is the worst person ever to deal with she don't care about people This is the worst office in Tampa they don't help people at all they are not for the people stay away from them if someone walked in that office with a ak 47 things will change people will stop getting taking advantage of an y'all will not have a career to take advantage of people but y'all keep doing what y'all doing an that is allowing people to be out out of their homes illegally .one day someone is going get tired

I called as directed by the Courthouse in New Port Richey. I opted for a call back. The Rep did not identify herself and demanded to know the legal issue. I got 3 words out of my mouth, she said we don't handle that and hung up on me. Wasn't this for an intake? I waiting patiently, and I would think she would have at least taken a proper intake. I am a senior woman who was directed my the Pasco Sheriff office to file an injunction to protect myself. I a recipient of the PVSA for numerous years in the legal field and never failed to listen, try to assist or locate someone to assist with the issue. You would think someone would at least taken a proper intake. Shame on you Bay Area Legal Services, it appears that reps are only there to collect a paycheck and don't care about the public.

Hung up on me multiple times and would not let me fill out an application. Every time I called back I would ask the name of the person I was talking to and she would immediately place me on hold without telling me. Very unprofessional and disrespectful behavior.

Hopefully the Bay area Legal can help you on this problem. Check if she left over non payment bills. Good luck.
How old is child? you must go to clerk of courts website and locate family law division then forms, to modify child support form. fill that out or I can power of attorney and get your case modified. If you need assistance let me know.
Well. I am guessing that after whatever bills is paid from that check that you would be entitled to the rest of it. I am not a lawyer
I have asked for your assistance once now the father is in town and the case is getting worst than when it started he is harrasing me verbally physically abusive during Christmas time until I kicked him out of my house now I want him away from me and my kids I need an injunction order filed and an attorney to please represent meall the paperwork is done the judge honorable ramsberger want an order of stabilization he needs a psychiatrist he is very unstable
Geez , sounds to me that the guy's don't care enough to notify you. It's not fair. Do you have a lawyer to back up this plus more.. cause his lawyer could get fired for disrespecting you. I'll pray for you. They just don't care enough. Something is very wrong. Please fight this. Woman don't get respected like New York City. Etc.
Lega aid should be able to lead you in the right direction. Best wishes
Give them a call.

I'M GOING TO BE TOTALLY HONEST WITH YOU LEGAL AID IS A GREAT WAY FOR YOU TO START WITH THE LEGAL PREPARATIONS BUT NOT ALL OF THEM HAVE YOU IN MIND. AND IF YOU FEEL THAT THAT LEGAL AID REPRESENTATIVE IS NOT DOING AN ADEQUATE JOB THEN REQUEST ANOTHER ONE. INFORM YOURSELF WITH MUCH INFORMATION AS YOU CAN POSSIBLY TAKE TO REPRESENT YOURSELF.

Call the police.
No you will have to consult with a bankruptcy attorney.
I would first call the City of Tampa government office and asked for what steps to take.
Call and get an appointment.
U might want to go downtown to the court house and speak with a lawyer. To my understanding Bay Area legal doesn't handle child support or visitation cases
You have to go before the city of Tampa zoning department.
They have a Family Department there. You have to call to see if you qualify for there services
They don't provide services for this kind of cases.
You are going to have to hire a private attorney.
You should run a carfax before buying any used vehicles. I don't think they are be able to help you in these matter.
You need legal help once they put a lean on your home, the only way to get it off the mortage company must submmit a realese of lean at the clerk of the circuit court.
