I made an appointment with Adam Schneider to set up an estate plan and trust. He sent me a questionnaire to help me organize my thoughts and to provide him with the information needed. He explained things in simple English to make sure I knew what I would receive, and was extremely easy to work with. He did an excellent job giving me the document I was wanting. I heartily recommend him for anyone needing this kind of legal support.

When I had my trust drawn up by this firm, everything went well. So, when my mother recently passed away and I was made trustee of her trust, I contacted this firm to help clarify some of our questions about the trust. We spoke with Adam, who I found to be uninterested, unhelpful and unable to answer the simplest of questions. We waited weeks to get this consultation and now we have to wait weeks again to find a Lawyer to start this process over again. It would have been very helpful if the person who made the appointment (by the way, I let her know the questions I was interested in getting clarity on) would have been more forthcoming about what questions their legal team could/couldn't answer. Just a huge waste of time. I won't be using this firm or recommending this firm again. Comment on Owner's Response: I am equally disappointed in the Owner's response. Your facts are incorrect (no litigation questions posed) and we did not come in to your office (this was a phone conference). The question was simply regarding " if verbal and not written changes to trust were legal". And, the questions posed to the lawyer were the same ones posed to his assistant 3 weeks prior to the call (which she said the lawyer could answer). I don't want to make a bigger thing out of this than it's worth. I just wish you would take some responsibility for the disappointing service one of your customers received...

Recently my husband and I were in need of getting a trust put together for our family, and Justin and his team were the ones we selected to help us out!
