After twenty minutes on hold, all they did was contradict their website and quote a local agreement that I’d never been given. Really as unhelpful as possible without technically being rude. Usually uhaul is better, especially with advice and small requests.

Easy services. If you pull up, the guys on the lot are very attentive and helpful. They immediately walk over to ask if you need any assistance. They understand the needs of the customers and follow through well with delivery of services. Shout out to Dalton!

Propane refill leak! 1/4 inche of snow/ ice around my propane tank the next morning after the refill. The tanks bleeder screw was loose causing it to leak all over the place!( Pics are after I fixed the leak)

The staff was awesome very nice and helpful. The truck was clean and ran great but holy H€*% that was the most uncomfortable 1000 miles Ive ever driven. My back and neck are destroyed. The pain is so bad I’ve seen seen a chiropractor twice and have made an appointment with my doctor. The seats also don’t adjust and I’m pretty sure the padding in them is made of gravel. It’s like a torture device I suggest hiring a moving company if you can afford it.
