This is a well maintained and cared for mobile home park. It is a relatively quiet place with friendly people. There's also a nice pool and spa, which aren't used much, so they're in good shape. Overall, a nice place to live if you're a senior citizen and desire this kind of atmosphere.

As a Realtor and a Manufactured Sales Agent I deal with many Mobile Home parks and park managers, Carefree Ranch is one of my favorite parks. The space rent is one of the most reasonable ones in North County and the park approval procedure is the most fare; Management will look at the whole picture instead of just numbers. The park has a mixture of older homes and newer homes, it is located within walking distance to stores and it has a bus stop at the entrance of the park. The park has a small unit at the entrance of the park for those that need accommodations for a short time while transitioning in/out of the park or for visiting family members. There is a pool/Jacuzzi/clubhouse and laundry facilities. The park has just upgraded to new SDG&E meters and has plans to make more upgrades to the park within the near future.
