Time management is not their strong suit! My wife and 2 year old made it to their appointment early and was not seen for 1 hour and thirty minutes. We assume the lady at the first desk did not check them in properly. Even so, she did not check on them, ask how they were doing as countless people went in before her who arrive after her. There was another more experienced lady who did not step in at any point. There is a chance that the other young lady was new. The usually staff and doctors got to work when they found out what had transpired and were very apologetic. They got them through swiftly when they were aware of what happened. We have never had any issues with the doctors but we forewarn you, stay on top of the check in process.

So I want to say that the CNA and NP I saw were great and that my only problem is wait time. I understand a wait time, I do. This is my third visit and every visit I have waited (from appointment start) a minimum of an hour and a maximum of almost two. I know they are busy but if your going to be THAT late maybe call or schedule less? If it was one time sure but it’s been every time. The longest wait time I had I called asking to be seen and they said that someone canceled and since I lived close to come. I dropped EVERYTHING and ran because the appointment was in like five min. They told ME to come right then so I did. I waited in the waiting room forn 45 min and then waited even longer in the room room. My daughter was 4 weeks old and a premie. Having her out for that long stressed me out and her a lot. TLDR: horrible time management but great staff.

Very easy to make appointments with friendly staff. But the Doctors are unreliable and have a lack of care for sense of time. Especially patients time. Your on time for your appointment and still have to wait over a hour to he seen by any Doctor especially the one your scheduled with. Patients are just a number $$$$ to the Doctors here. Doctors must think highly of themselves and forget that with out patients the dont have a job. Please start caring for your patients and there time.

I came in as a walk in so my baby (1monthold) could be checked about her belly button sonething seem wrong she was seen by this doctor named “waters” she was really rude she walked in the room i also brought my other baby his 1 year old and I brought my sister with me and when she came in the room shes like “ oh shes yours and the boy is hers” im like no they are both mine shes like “ oh well i guess congratulations” first of all she didn’t have to say something like that thats none of her business if i have 5 or 6 kids , so I didn’t say anything i stayed quiet when she was checking my baby (1month old ) she was checking her in a very aggressive way i asked her it doesn’t hurt her? She said no i was like well it seems like it does and my baby was very uncomfortable she was moving a lot it seem it was hurting her so i had another concern about her neck been irritated and she moved her head aggressively that’s when i got very mad and told her “ you are hurting her”! Shes like well shes small she doesn’t move her head i was like obviously thats when she needed medicine for her belly button and shes like do you want to put it on? I told why would i put it on if I don’t know how thats why i brought her thats her job!!!! VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED never bringing my baby to that doctor when she left she didn’t give me any paperwork of her visit she just left
