I had a case that I started about two years ago (2018) and had a decision and check in my hands two years later. This is the first time I've used the help of a lawyer, but I had a pretty good idea about the transition from start to finish. I knew cases take time to resolved. I left them do their work and didn't bother them with lots of questions and calls. Let the case work its way through the system. At first the office staff was sub-part, but Mr. Macias new office staff is very professional and 100% responsive. Many thanks to Michael Ray who was working on my case (the admin side of the case). He was on-point! Office staff worked with my schedule to make sure we got papers signed on time. Overall a great experience with Mr. Macias and Michael. I would recommend them to anyone looking for legal services, and I would use them again in the future if I ever need legal services myself.

Absolutely. As a non-citizen or immigrant, it is imperative that you consult with an attorney who is experienced in both criminal law and immigration law. Certain convictions can negatively impact your immigration status or eligibility for immigration relief. For example, any conviction of a non-citizen for an "aggravated felony" will result in removal/deportation, exclusion, and/or denial of naturalization.

Hello. I was also in an accident, and my initials consultation with the lawyer was without any charge.
