First of all they never answer the phone, they force you to go to the office for any question. They take forever and pretend that they are busy and do the minimum to help you. The girls are rude, think they are doing you a favor and never truly help you. Terrible agency.

I recently submitted an application to Select. I received a call from them a few hours later saying they wanted to set up an interview. All was good until the lady asked me for my personal information. I proceeded to tell her my info. That is where things became difficult. The woman said that my info was not to be found and my application "got lost in the system".. she asked me if I would like to stay on the line to make a new one, I said no because I thought that was unacceptable. A few minutes after I hung up, I received a text from the agency with a number attached to call. So I called this number and explained the situation to them. The lady on the phone was just rude and didn't even allow me to fully explain the issue to her. I was then transferred to another line with another representative and she was less helpful than the previous women.. she only tried to make excuses on the fact and said that she would disregard my application. I wouldn't recommend anyone to apply here.

I brought my friend in with all her paperwork and they told her it would take no more than 20 minutes. We sat there for 2 hours. The lady in the front desk was rude and went as far as to talk bad about my friend in Spanish thinking we didn't understand. It's Chula Vista, almost everyone speaks or understands spanish. The entire time she did nothing but talk down to her and make rude comments. The phones were ringing like crazy and no one was answering them. She even sent people over to her co-workers that was on her lunch break such a vile and disgusting woman. Edit: I love that everyone else who'd had a negative experience with them got a reply from the owner except for me. Way to make it seem like you care. Wish I could give 0 stars

Hands down the worst staffing agency out there, they make everything look so nice and they make it seem like they will find you a job but in the end they won't, all they really care about is their commission with the company itself. Getting ahold of one of the agents is the most difficult, my agent was George and he was never there or he would supposedly be in meetings, and the front desk receptionist is the most unorganized lady, she can never deliver a message and it was difficult to get the checks. I would never send someone to this horrific place. These staffing agencies are the reason we cant get benefits and real jobs.
