The workers were rude and unhelpful. Very sad considering the nature of the business.

Wow. I am here today to state that there is alot that goes on here in the house of authority. Some good some not. I really do feel that there needs to be alot of over looked on alot of matters that take place in the court house. I do know that there is alot of waisted time for things that are really not serous. I was kicked out of my home a place that I have been living for years. All over someone coming to the court house and making up lies that were not true. I don't know how a judge signed that order without knowing the full details of the matter that took place in the home of my residence. We need to be more aware of things that take place in our courts and those that are put in these pistions to over see matters like this. I am a strong believer in the system that we have and I put my trust in those that work in the courts. I am a citizen of this community and I take pride and appreciated so many things that take place here. I really hope and pray that the system that we have is trustworthy along with those that are in those positions. 09/01/2021 9:25pm today I had the opportunity of stepping in Mrs C. Miesfeld cour room today along with many others, I could really say that Mrs Miesfeld was really fair on the the matter that was addressed, but I was really greatful to walk out on a fine of damage property,, But I would like to add that it really seems that we got some good people men and women in the right positions so I'm sure the community does appreciate that

It's like going through hell. You can't make contact with anyone. No one works there. All you do is listen and press the buttons that the robo answering machine tells you what to do. No one cares to answer you. Impossible to get a hold of anyone. Your tax money at work. Worse than DMV. If Hell is real, this is it.

I have to say the South Superior Court is one of the nicest out of them all in San Diego county. The people that work their are polite and treat you with respect. Not overly crowded it lines which was surprising. I took my daughter their for a traffic issue. The judge went above and beyond explaining all options available in regards to violations. He was soft spoken and treated each person with dignity and respect, no matter what. The bailiff was even pleasent and took the time to explain options as well. Rather it was in Spanish or English, you left there knowing what you needed and what it was going to entail. Very fair...

Thank you!
Yes, between 8:30-11:30. Or pay online or in the business office.
Go to the business office, in person, to make another appointment.
I'm assuming you could pay at the bail inside the building. You could also pay online at www.sdcourt.ca.gov
They go to lunch between 12 and 1pm.
http://www.sdcourt.ca.gov/portal/page?_pageid=55,1524197&_dad=portal&_schema=PORTAL Register online for a free workshop. Or show up around 6:30am or easier at courthouse to be seen 1st come 1 server basis. Opens at 7:30 tho
First time argue curcums5ances which led to error. 100-150 bucks.
You could check online. www.sdcourt.ca.gov
I believe so.
Phones are answered between 8:30 and 11:30 in all court business offices.
He needs to go to court, make line on the sec floor and either pay his ticket or go to court, most officers won't show up if it's the first offence by a ticket,it's all in the luck, hope this helps
Yes
Because of Covid you just have to call alot and hope for the best before 12 and after 1pm
At this location, most likely. Employees here can either accommodate you or answer questions about how to submit forms
It depends on what type of law.
What is court for?
Yes.
Yes !
Go to court because if they are not going to arrest you
Call the court or download the Microsoft teams
You have to call and listen to the directory over the phone.
Yes
Call the courthouse and explain your situation. There should be a phone number on your copy or Google the number.
The court hours are from 8:30 am-4pm Monday through Friday.
I would go to court immediately before going to the collections. If it's charges, they will eliminate your tax refunds, take the money from your bank account, driver's license problems. It is best to go to court, go to the second floor and stand in line and tell the person in the window that you would like a new court date because you want to talk to the judge or maybe the clerk can make a payment plan for you. there. But the most important thing is to come before it reaches the collections. Once he goes to the collections, it is almost impossible for the court to retrieve it. You will not be arrested for a confusion of traffic fines. The best time is lunch time or around 3 to 4 from Tuesday to Thursday. Mondays and Fridays can be heavy days with many people (Google Translator)
The building the other gentleman is speaking of is on the corner of 3rd and I Street. You might want to call to see if they have the certificates there or would have to go downtown. Good luck in your travels wherever they take you
I don't think there's a misdemeanor. I could be wrong.
You should contact department of Justice you can get your background check from them. Or go to a livescan place for finger print and back ground check too.
Mon _ fri only in person but you might see if you can pay online
As you know, most court hearings, etc., are public records. To seal a case, you must contact the office of the courts / public defenders. So they can explain the process and if possible. I hope this helps.
Go to the department where you were supposed to attend and find out if the judge made a court order or if your case was continued.
Any court in San Diego will have a court collections desk. Go there with your citation no. If you have it.
Birth certificates are obtained at the County Recorders office... I don't think they have out of state records, but check with them.
Go to 2nd floor, and go to Line B, which is for criminal offenses and check-ins. As for time, I don't know.
They help you oh only you give them because on one occasion I went and they did not help me at all so I wanted to know if they helped you fill it
You might be able to see online at their website. Plus, it may take several weeks just to make it to the judge's desk because it's so old, and the DA has a chance to file papers to oppose it. So go to the website and see if there is anything you can find out, go to the courthouse you filed your paperwork in and talk to one of the court clerks, or perhaps just wait. Unless you're applying for a sensitive job or for reason impacting your life right now, just sit tight and give it a little more time
Go to the Superior Court website
No
If you receive public assistance you qualify for what's known as a few waiver

Good morning, do you still need help with your situation? Are you in Mexico or eua?
Go reschedule before they get a warrant for you're arrest , unfortunately they do charge around $300 for not showing up but at least you won't go to jail
Wait on sec floor ,make line ,ask for court for you're ticket or fine, submit as guilty and they will lower you're fine or ticket as much as possible
Yes
There's going to be a warrant for not paying it the first payment
👎👎 not true
How can I pay 1 tiket. X tel.
How do I reschedule my court date
7 am
Yes
If it's a felony criminal case, you must go. If it's a misdemeanor you can hire a lawyer or go. If it's civil or you are a witness, try to call ahead and say you can't make it. If you miss the court date go as soon as you are able.
