This is the perfect Sr. Mobile park for adults, either active socially, or sedate. We have a very active Clubhouse starting with free coffee daily at 8:00 a.m. and daily group get togeathers . A place you will feel welcomed. And most important the lowest space rent in Chula Vista Ca. with Rent Control. A happy resident

I visit my parents whom live here...every weekend. I have not seen any units that are for rent. I see many that are for sale. Its a senior park so you have to meet the prerequisites. You can always go to the main office during business hours to inquire.
